Allen Yamaguchi has over 25 years of experience in Hawaii real estate sales and leasing. In 1990, he began his real estate career in residential real estate before transitioning to commercial real estate in 2007 where he soon became the market leader as a leasing specialist. Mr. Yamaguchi specializes in the sale and leasing of office and retail properties throughout Hawaii. Allen has successfully leased over 600,000 square feet of retail and office spaces with an estimated lease value over $750 Million. His focus on landlord representation has also led to strong relationships with a variety of national and regional credit clients including Longs Drugs/CVS, Ohana Bank, Aston Hotels & Resorts, JTB Hawaii Inc., Verizon, Wyndham Resorts, Kyo-ya Company Ltd., Halekulani Corporation, and Hyatt Regency. As well as firms within the medical, financial, architectural and engineering industries. Mr. Yamaguchi’s strong background in the travel and tourism industry, as a Sales & Marketing Manager with JTL Enterprises, LLC, a subsidiary of JTB Oversees Development Corporation for well over 25 years, has helped him develop and maintain long standing relationships with major hotels, travel agencies, retail outlets, manufacturers and wholesalers within Hawaii.
