Brenda Tanaka joined Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks after spending nearly 20 years leading technology start-ups and consulting to Fortune 500 companies. She has a strong background in financial and market analyses, defining and executing business strategy, and implementing operational improvements, primarily for early stage, high-growth and turnaround businesses. Mrs. Tanaka has managed personal and family real estate investments in the U.S., Taiwan and China since 2004. She combines her passion for real estate with extensive business knowledge to help clients identify and align strategic, financial and operational objectives with real estate opportunities. As a Tenant Representative, she provides clients with site selection, market analyses, lease negotiation, acquisition, renewal, relocation and consolidation services. She is part of the retail, office and investment teams at Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks. Mrs. Tanaka is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
