She also assisted in the LEED ® recertification and project management by ensuring contractors and sub-contractors met building rules, insurance requirements, provided lien-releases and scheduled work to minimize disruption to tenants and building operations. Her excellent relationship with vendors and building engineers has enabled her to learn from some of the best in the industry on the ins and outs of building management . A native of Puerto Rico, Jazmin is fluent in Spanish. She has lived in the east coast and spent a year in South Korea before settling in Hawai’i in 2010. Her ability to adapt to different environments and connect with different cultures is due in part from living in such diverse places.
