Olivia Lin Ho, Real Estate Advisor, has extensive knowledge in retail and office leasing and development. She has used her network of business owners and entrepreneurs to successfully lease out 95% of the brand-new 808 Center, a 23,000 square foot retail/office building through 21 lease transactions over 3 years. Olivia is instrumental in securing efficient closings and quick assessments of prospects’ status and problem solving tenants’ needs. Ms. Ho is very skilled in creating pro formas, market rent analyses, and operating budgets. Prior to her career in real estate, Olivia served as the Chief Financial Officer with Primatech Construction Inc. with project sizes ranging from $1 to $35 million. Her experience and education in accounting allows her to help her clients secure the right tenants for their properties and choose the right space for their business. Olivia is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
