Cushman & Wakefield Releases Inaugural APAC Living Investor Survey

Cushman & Wakefield, our global alliance partner, has published its first APAC Living Investor Survey, offering a look at how institutional capital is moving into one of the region's most closely watched real estate sectors.

The survey captures the views of investors representing more than 223,000 Living units and beds, with plans to deploy an estimated US$33.2 billion into the sector over the next five years. Findings point to strong and growing conviction in the space, along with a widening gap between investor appetite and available supply, an emerging preference for joint ventures and local partnerships, and sustainability's growing role as a risk-management factor rather than a pricing premium.
