Fabiankovicova is a highly regarded real estate broker in the commercial real estate industry, and her promotion to Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks confirms her exceptional level of skill and expertise.
Fabiankovicova (pronounced “Danka”) has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years. She has successfully worked on numerous commercial properties in and around the Honolulu area, as well as representing both national and local tenants. Danka specializes in site selection, market and financial analysis and lease/purchase negotiations, making her an invaluable asset to the Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks’ team.
As vice president, Fabiankovicova will help lead the company’s real estate office brokerage operations and will work closely with a team of dedicated brokers and agents. She will also be involved in the acquisition of new properties and in finding innovative ways to improve the leasing efficiency of existing office projects.
