Born in Norfolk, Virginia and reared in Ohio, Pete Alpeter began his career in Hawai‘i commercial real estate in 1993 after a successful career as an aviator and staff officer in the U.S. Navy. His last tour of duty was with the Commander and Chief Pacific staff where he retired as a Commander.
