Keith Gurney earned an Undergraduate Degree at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 1984 in Decision Systems & Marketing. After Graduating he spent the next 35-year working for a Fortune 500 Company in the Technology Industry in Hawaii, Micronesia, and Arizona. He held a number of key Senior Leadership Roles in Sales and Service; to include 15 years as the Vice President, Post Sales Operations for the Pacific Region. In 2013, he pursued a career in Real Estate, focusing initially on Residential Property Sales & Property Management. Later he made the transitioned over to Commercial Sales, & Leasing. In 2019, Keith joined Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks and obtained his Brokers License Designation. Currently, he specializes in Office Tenant & Landlord Representation in the Hawaii Marketplace. As a Tenant Representative, he provides clients with site selection, market analyses, lease negotiation, acquisition, renewal, relocation and consolidation services. He is also an active member of the Hawaii Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter, and former member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors. When not spending time with his growing family, Keith keeps busy with Hiking, Sailing, Golfing as well playing Softball in the Hawaii Financial League the past 24 years.
