Barinna Poon (S)

Barinna Poon is Director of Leasing and Investment with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, leading commercial brokerage and cross-border investment initiatives connecting Hawaiʻi with Hong Kong and China. Active in commercial real estate since 1996, she joined ChaneyBrooks in 2005 after beginning her Hawaiʻi career with Colliers Monroe Friedlander and Sofos Realty.

Barinna advises individual and corporate clients on investment sales, leasing, site selection, acquisitions, development projects, and tenant representation. Her experience spans retail, shopping centers, office, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, land, and development properties throughout Hawaiʻi and China.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Barinna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Chu Hai College and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She also serves as president of the Hong Kong Business Association of Hawaiʻi, supporting business, cultural, and investment connections between Hawaiʻi and Hong Kong.
