Cherish Manuel was born and raised in Hawaii and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate management experience. She is currently managing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets on Oahu, in addition to overseeing our Kauai property management team by providing guidance in resolving tenant issues, handling of large and complex capital projects, and reviewing various documents such as lease abstracts, budgets, and monthly management reports.
Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield ChaneyBrooks earlier this year, Cherish managed a diversified portfolio of upwards of 36 commercial properties at Sofos Realty Corporation, where she gained extensive knowledge and skills in lease administration and enforcement; maintenance, repairs and construction projects supervision; lease extension renegotiation and budgeting, and operating expense reconciliation.
Cherish is active in the community, especially in commercial real estate and management organizations. Her recent leadership role as 2024 President-Elect and 2025 President in Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Hawaii shows her commitment in advocacy, education and professional development of the commercial property management industry in Hawaii.
