Deborah C. Macloves is a Property Management Administrator with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks’ Asset Services division. She is currently based at Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center, where she assists the vice president of property management with day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, vendor coordination, maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate management, Deborah has managed or co-managed more than 848,000 square feet of prominent Honolulu commercial properties, including Topa Financial Center, Davies Pacific Center, and Airport Center. Her background also includes property management roles at Avalon Commercial, LLC and Anderson Real Estate, where she managed income collections, annual budgets, monthly financial reporting, and tenant improvement and capital projects ranging from $5,000 to over $1 million.
A graduate of Waipahu High School, Deborah brings meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative, service-focused approach to supporting ownership objectives and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
