Jerryd Bumanglag

Jerryd Bumanglag is an Administrative Assistant with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, supporting the firm’s day-to-day administrative and operational needs. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business.

During his time at Shidler, Jerryd was actively involved with the Hawaiʻi Real Estate Club, serving in several leadership positions, including Director of Operations, Vice President, and President from 2023 through 2025. Through the organization, he helped connect students with Hawaiʻi’s real estate industry through professional development, networking opportunities, company tours, and educational programming. His academic background and student leadership experience provide a strong foundation for his continued development in commercial real estate.
