Koko Toyomura (S)

Koko Toyomura began her career in real estate in 2003 helping various clients purchase and sell residential properties in Honolulu. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks as an assistant property manager in 2012, she was a real estate associate with Chaney Brooks American Homes. Over the years she gained an excellent understanding of customer relations and has put this skill to use in her property management duties. Koko is a Japanese native who studied English when she first arrived in Hawaii. Not only did she gain a working knowledge of the language but she also gained an understanding of different Asia cultures through her classmates. This understanding has played an important role in her interaction with the many clients which she provides property management services for. Since 2012, she has handled management of diversified commercial and residential assets. Her current portfolio includes Waikiki Galleria Tower, a class A office tower; 2902 E. Manoa Rd., 2239 S. King St., 611 Kapahulu Retail Center, and 1865 South King, a mixed use retail and residential building.
