Leilani Clayton (S)

Leilani Clayton joined Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks in 2018 as a Property Manager, with over a decade of commercial property management experience. Leilani was born and raised on Oahu and is a graduate of Radford High School. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies-Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu. Leilani’s background also includes experience in the following industries: mortgage, legal, insurance and federal. Leilani’s wide range of expertise allowed her to transition well into the property management industry. Her portfolio experience includes Class A, B and C properties - office buildings, industrial and retail properties, with work experience from management firms such as Colliers International and Douglas Emmett Management. She excels in building tenant relationships. Leilani has a strong background in budget, forecast development and multi-year capital improvement planning. Leilani’s skill sets also include project management - construction coordination and oversight, lease administration, job cost analysis, CAM reconciliations, preventative maintenance projects and plays critical key roles in the development of emergency procedures.
