Marc T. Lum (B)

Marc T. Lum is a Senior Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks’ Asset Services division. He oversees a diverse portfolio of industrial, flex, and commercial properties, including Blue Jade, Marina Business Center, 94-344 Ukee Street, and 2308 Pahounui Drive, managing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Marc brings more than two decades of commercial property, facilities, and construction management experience to CWCB. Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years as Facilities Supervisor for Kalihi-Palama Health Center, overseeing maintenance, security, and janitorial operations for the community healthcare organization, and ten years as President of Nui Inc., a Honolulu-based general contracting company he ran day to day.

His commercial real estate background also includes property management and lease administration roles with Colliers Monroe Friedlander Management, overseeing office and industrial buildings on Oʻahu; PM Realty Group, managing retail properties across Oʻahu, Maui, Hawaiʻi Island, and Kauaʻi; and CBRE, supporting the firm's retail leasing and sales team.

A graduate of Mid-Pacific Institute and a licensed Hawaiʻi real estate broker, Marc brings a practical, hands-on approach shaped by his background in construction and facilities management, supporting ownership objectives, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and protecting the long-term performance of each asset.
