Mary Ann Daligcon

Mary Ann Daligcon, Senior Accountant at Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, has over 35 years of full cycle accounting experience in general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Ms. Daligcon handles a wide range of property management fiscal services including reviewing monthly management reports, budgets, CAM reconciliations; preparing various financial reports and audit workpaper. She is also responsible for payroll and corporate accounting. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, Mary Ann worked for Colliers International for over 10 years as Senior Accountant and Alexander & Baldwin, one of the largest property owners in Hawaii, as a corporate accountant.
