Melissa J. Adams, CSM, is a Senior Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks’ Asset Services division, bringing more than two decades of real estate and asset management experience across retail, office, resort, and mixed-use properties in Hawaiʻi, California, Nevada, and Oregon.

Prior to joining CWCB, Melissa managed and oversaw operations for more than 1.2 million square feet of notable retail and resort properties, including The Outlets of Maui, a shopping center she helped open and guide through redevelopment; Waikele Premium Outlets; Summit Mall in Reno; Outlets at the Border in San Ysidro, which she also opened; and Ke Nani Kai Resort, a 120-unit condominium resort on Molokaʻi. She also served as an asset manager for the Burning Man Project in Nevada and worked as an asset and contracts analysis manager overseeing a diversified portfolio of more than fifteen properties for Paydar Properties in San Diego.

A Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) through the International Council of Shopping Centers, Melissa holds real estate and property management licenses across multiple states and brings a strategic, financially disciplined approach to lease administration, budgeting, and capital improvement planning, with a consistent track record of maximizing asset value and tenant satisfaction.
