A Kauai resident for over 20 years, Patrick has become a trusted advisor for commercial real estate clients on the Garden Isle and across the Neighbor Islands. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in business management with a Finance emphasis from Washington State University and has furthered his expertise through the School of Mortgage Banking and the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Course at the University of Washington. Throughout his career, Patrick has successfully managed and participated in hundreds of transactions.
