Robert Saito is a Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, supporting the management and day-to-day operations of commercial properties on Kauaʻi. His responsibilities include coordinating property operations, responding to tenant needs, overseeing vendors and maintenance activity, and helping ensure that each property is maintained efficiently and professionally.

Robert works closely with property owners, tenants, contractors, and the broader Asset Services team to support responsive service, consistent communication, and the long-term performance of each asset. His current portfolio includes retail properties such as Kapaʻa Shopping Center and Kinipopo Shopping Village.
