Trevor Blake (S)

Trevor Blake is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks and a member of ProTeam Hawaiʻi, specializing in commercial real estate brokerage across the state. Raised in Hawaiʻi and a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, he brings local market knowledge and a strong background in relationship management, sales, and business development.

Before joining the firm, Trevor served as a Commercial Account Manager with Title Guaranty, where he managed key stakeholder relationships, supported revenue growth, and consistently exceeded performance metrics. His previous experience in medical sales further strengthened his expertise in client service, team management, and strategic marketing.

Trevor’s relationship-driven approach and broad sales experience allow him to support clients through commercial real estate sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, dirt biking, and traveling.
