William "Billy" D. Pratt (S)

William “Billy” D. Pratt is a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks and a longtime commercial real estate broker in Hawaiʻi. Through his role with the firm, he works with clients across the local commercial property market, supported by CWCB’s established Hawaiʻi presence and the broader resources of Cushman & Wakefield.

Beyond commercial real estate, Billy served as an Associate Producer of WATERMAN the acclaimed documentary honoring the life and legacy of Duke Kahanamoku. Working alongside director Isaac Halasima and the broader production team, he helped bring a Hawaiʻi-rooted story to national audiences. The film became the country’s highest-grossing documentary during its opening weekend and was later featured by the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center as part of its Asian Pacific American Heritage Month programming.
