Poʻokela Akana–Andrew is a Real Estate Advisor at C&W ChaneyBrooks specializing in retail leasing and investment transactions, with additional experience in office asset deals. Poʻokela began his commercial real estate career while attending the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa full-time, working part-time as an Administrative Assistant in the firm’s property management division. In that role, he supported tenant communications, vendor coordination, and monthly reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Shidler College of Business, he transitioned into a full-time Financial Analyst role, contributing to broker opinion of value reports, investment and lease financial modeling, CAM reconciliations, and the firm’s AI-driven valuation initiatives. He also supported quarterly market reports and the firm’s marketing efforts through LinkedIn and digital content. Now a licensed Real Estate Advisor, Poʻokela focuses on tenant outreach, site selection, and deal support across retail leasing and investment office transactions. He collaborates closely with brokers to prepare site books, draft letters of intent, coordinate walkthroughs, and analyze deal structures. With a strong foundation in financial analysis and hands-on leasing experience, he brings a well-rounded, data-informed approach to advising both landlords and investors.
