Professional Expertise Senior Vice President Ron Teves is a highly respected Hawaiʻi commercial real estate executive with more than three decades of experience spanning brokerage, property management, and corporate leadership. Throughout his career, Teves has advised institutional owners, local businesses, and private investors on transactions involving office, retail, industrial, and investment properties across the State of Hawaiʻi. Teves currently serves with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, where he focuses on investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and strategic real estate advisory services. He is known for his disciplined market perspective, practical transaction experience, and long-standing relationships within Hawaiʻi’s commercial real estate community. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, Teves served as President and Principal Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties, where he was responsible for overall firm operations, brokerage strategy, and business development across all commercial service lines. In this role, he oversaw major leasing and sales assignments statewide and guided the organization through multiple market cycles. Earlier in his career, Teves held senior leadership roles with Chaney, Brooks & Co., including service as Commercial Division President, where he managed brokerage operations and helped grow the firm’s investment property platform. Over the course of his career, Teves has been directly involved in assignments across a broad range of asset types, including neighborhood and regional retail centers, Class A and B office properties, industrial parks, ground leases, and mixed-use developments on Oʻahu and the Neighbor Islands. His expertise includes acquisition and disposition strategy, lease negotiations, valuation analysis, and portfolio optimization. A long-time CCIM Institute designee, Teves brings a rigorous analytical approach to every engagement.
