With over 35 years of Hawaii real estate experience and a joy to helping people, Sandy (as she known by many in the industry) diverse background includes commercial leasing, brokerage, asset management and property management. In her current role at Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, she will be focused on business development & leasing, and generating revenue through various brokerage transactions in retail, restaurant, office, medical and industrial representing both Landlords and Tenants; while networking with various professional organizations and businesses. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks in 2024, Tsujimura was Vice President / Regional Specialty Leasing Director for JLL Retail overseeing specialty leasing for a large portfolio of retail centers in Hawaii. Her primary responsibilities included management and daily operations of all specialty leasing team’s strategies involving current and prospective tenants, planning and implementation of specialty leasing programs and the coordination of kiosk space designs. Sandy also provided strategic portfolio planning and reviewed property budgets to ensure that income goals are on target. Sandy also served as Asset Manager for Healthcare Realty Trust, a Real Estate Invesment Trust (REIT), overseeing all commercial leasing, marketing and property operations for their Hawaii portfolio of Medical Office Buildings; and prior to this as General Manager for various Hawaii commercial properties including the 1100 Alakea Plaza, a Class A Honolulu CBD Office Building where she was a two-time recipient of the prestigious Building Owners & Managers (BOMA) Hawaii Building of the Year (Hale Po'okela, House of Excellence) Award, and the Building Owners & Managers International (BOMI) Pacific South Western Regional Office Building of the Year Award. Her portfolio of managed properties includes various noted retail, office, medical, and industrial properties owned by local. domestic and foreign investors; including the boutique Aloha Surf Hotel in Waikiki as its Hotel General Manager. Other noted Hawaii real estate companies she worked at include Colliers Hawaii, Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties, Wagner & Wagner, Monroe & Friedlander, and Island Homes. Sandy is a double major graduate from Cannon’s International Business College in Hotel Management and Accounting; holds the Building Owners & Managers International Real Property Administrator (RPA) professional designation; and a Hawaii licensed real estate salesperson since 1990.
