Danka Fabiankovicova has been a real estate advisor for both landlords and tenants in the Honolulu market since 2007, having completed 533 sale and lease transactions with a combined value of over $150 million. Danka leverages her experience and deep understanding of both sides of a transaction to make effective negotiations. By forming a business partnership with her clients, she is able to help them create leverage, provide customized solutions, and meet long-term objectives, while also maximizing overhead savings and creating a positive work environment. Furthermore, Danka holds a Master's Degree in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development. Her knowledge of green buildings and triple bottom line operations adds further benefit to her client's negotiations. Before joining CBRE and relocating to Hawaii, Danka worked at the George P. Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Washington DC, while completing her Master's Degree. Her significant leasing transactions include: First Hawaiian Center (380,000 sq. ft.), GGP Ala Moana Office Properties (364,500 sq. ft.), City Financial Tower (180,000 sq. ft.), Airport Center (111,109 sq. ft.) and Waikiki Galleria Tower (161,017 sq. ft.). Danka has professional accreditations including a salesperson license in the state of Hawaii, and she is also a founding member and President Elect (2023) of CREW Hawaii.
