Danka Fabiankovicova is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with over 16 years of experience in the Honolulu market. Since 2007, she has successfully completed more than 600 transactions, with a total value exceeding $400 million. Her extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants enables her to negotiate strategically, ensuring optimal outcomes for her clients. By fostering strong business partnerships, Danka delivers tailored solutions that align with her clients’ long-term objectives, ultimately driving overhead savings and enhancing operational efficiency. Danka’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development, equipping her with specialized knowledge in sustainable operations and green building practices, which further enriches her real estate expertise. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, Danka spent 18 years at CBRE, Inc., where she worked in the Office Advisory Services division. Her previous experience includes a role at the George P. Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Washington, D.C.
